Terms of Service

Welcome

These terms govern your use of ResyncLife, a personal life management application operated by OmSpark LLC. By using ResyncLife, you agree to these terms.

Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account (children under 13 require parental consent)

Your Data

• You own your data. Tasks, goals, and content you create belong to you.
• You grant ResyncLife a license to store, display, and sync your data for the purpose of providing the service
• When you connect external providers (GitHub, calendars), you authorize ResyncLife to access and sync data from those services on your behalf
• You can export or delete your data at any time

Circles (Shared Spaces)

• When you join a circle, other members can see tasks shared in that circle
• Your personal tasks remain private unless you explicitly share them to a circle
• Circle admins can invite and remove members
• You can leave any circle at any time

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated systems to scrape or abuse the API

Third-Party Services

ResyncLife integrates with third-party services (GitHub, Google Calendar, Microsoft Calendar, Apple, Anthropic AI). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. ResyncLife is not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.

Service Availability

We strive to keep ResyncLife available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will attempt to notify you of planned downtime.

Limitation of Liability

ResyncLife is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. OmSpark LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss, missed tasks or deadlines, or interruptions in sync with external providers.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you of significant changes.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
